Hanadi Abu Tawahneh

Hanadi Abu Tawahneh, 34, lives in Gaza and is hard at work on her own project of creating traditional cookies.

She began working on her project eight years ago. when she began a business with the help of her family. Hanadi specializes in manufacturing Ka’ak el-Eid and Ma’amoul,both of which contribute to the region’s celebrated food legacy.

Hanadi puts a high value on the diversity and quality of her products.

In addition,she sells her cookies through social media and continues to work hard to make her project a success since it allows her to realize her ambitions.
