The first and only time I was able to visit Palestine was when I got an invitation from the Cultural Forum to present my own art show. I was finally able to visit my hometown Yafa, and then Jaffa, without permission from the occupation authorities. I felt free for a moment. One of the most beautiful feelings that I experienced there is not being a refugee for once
I can remember Ramallah cultural palace and my dream is to perform one of my dance shows there
When I came back to Syria I was able to experience my grandparents’ pain when they had to leave their land and asylum in another country
I wish that I could go back another time, and perform a big show there
