Maryam El-Jarbiny

My name is Maryam El-Jarbiny, and I am a married woman with 2 children from Halhoul in northern Hebron.

Though I have an IT degree, I began working in the sewing industry, I started designing children’s clothes, which was a breakthrough for my career bath, Then, in 2017, I received a diploma in fashion design, and opened my own sewing lab the following year, so I decided to take my work a step further and opened El-Jarbiney Center for training, which specializes in teaching fashion design, sewing and crochet.Currently, I have Mariam brand project, which based on producing traditional Palestian clothing by fusing traditional style with modern clothing.

I started to implement this idea for pupils’ clothing in a few schools in order to refine the culture. we hope to become one of the major fashion houses in this industry, where the Palestinian product can meet market demand with a products that protect our identity and prevent it from being stolen.
