Katy Noufi story

I inherited my painting talent from my mother, which is why I chose to study arts at the University of Haifa in addition to my major in biology and medical sciences. I worked as a teacher for a year and then realized that art is what I want. Art helps me express myself and my personal identity as a woman. Through art and participation in exhibitions I was able to represent Palestinians. Exhibitions with international artists affect me the most, where our presence there has a clear message to our unity. I paint whenever I get the chance to. The paintings that mean the most to me are the cancer painting، and the corona painting.

Some of my pieces won several prizes and some were sold. Despite the happiness that overwhelms me as an artist selling my work, I also feel sad because I feel like I lost a part of my soul.
