Mohammad Maher Abed

“Mohammad Maher Abed was an employee of the Red Palestinian Crescent, working as a pharmacy technician at Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis. He dedicated 14 years of his life to this work.”

“Mohammad was married and a father of two children, Ahmad, 6 years old, and Awsam, 4 years old. Everyone who met him praised his kindness and humanity. He devoted 14 years of his life to serving the Palestinian Red Crescent.”
“A week before Ramadan, my father died from multiple heart attacks. Despite his sorrow, Mohammad left to serve the Red Crescent, knowing people needed help.”
“Mohammad got injured and bled to death on March 22 near Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis. We couldn’t find his body until April 7.”

“At Mohammad’s memorial, we learned about his many acts of kindness. We didn’t know he spent his money on good deeds and gave his time to help others without expecting anything in return.”

A message was received on our platform from his sister, Manal A’bed.”
