Art Table

A table that gathers many types of art, made by the hands of women who found their passion in the details of handicraft. The idea of “Art Table” was founded by Muna Shawa, who was always passionate about handicraft. After her three sons left to the States, she wanted to share her art work. Supported by her husband and sons, she turned her living room into a small studio and art gallery that became a cozy space for making simple beads accessories, to loom accessories, to macramé, glass painting and couture designing courses.

“Our goal in ‘Art Table’ is empowering women economically, and encouraging them to develop their skills. This place is special because it enables an endless process of teaching and learning. I think this type of art is priceless and an appreciation of beauty. It feeds your soul”.
